Wright Side Opens Submissions For Annual Arts Magazine

The Wright Side has opened submissions for their annual arts magazine, which will be released in 2026. This year’s theme is the “Exploration of Identity.” People are going to be able to shape that and define that in vast ways.

The Editor in Chief of the Wright Side, Nathan Madden, said that submissions do not have to fit into that theme. What matters most when considering what and how much to submit is the quality over quantity, which goes directly into the number of submissions. Madden said, “If you submit one or two, it is much more likely that they will get at least one of them in the magazine. And just the quality of the work really like cements it.”

The members of the Wright Side staff have gone through changes in the past few semesters, but currently the members are Gemma Ffrench, Gibby Gibson-Pometta, Jessei Caceres and Nathan Madden. The Wright Side is also accepting anybody that is willing to be part of a team and put in the work. Madden did mention that the Wright Side is hoping to get into contact with graphic designers. Nathan Madden and the rest of Wright Side is looking forward to what people submit and they can’t wait to be able to release the magazine.
