Wright's paralegal program has been ABA certified
Wright's paralegal program has been certified by the by the American Bar Association (ABA).
The ABA process is important as it approves for the program to be conducted , and is great for students' futures according to Program director Christian Blume.
“A paralegal is someone who works alongside attorneys and someone who’s not licensed to practice law on their own,” Blume said, "they can perform similar tasks an attorney might do.
Blume said, “it’s more appealing for students as well as employers wanting to hire students from the program “.
A student interested in joining the program must simply, “join the class” according to Blume.
Blume also stated that the program itself receives help from the certification because, “it increases enrollment.”
