Wright Hosts Dodgeball Competition Between Students and Staff

Wilbur Wright College hosted a memorable students versus staff and faculty dodgeball game on Wednesday. Both teams were motivated and excited to have fun and enjoy the game. Senior Dean of Adult Education Jamil Steele said, “I didn't last one throw, but I enjoyed the event and I enjoyed interacting with the students and we had great fun.” Student Muhammad Hamad said that having fun and meeting new people is what motivated him to come. “I was happy to participate in the game with the students,” said President Andres Oroz. “It's a fun thing to do and collaborate and have fun with our students.”

The winners of the game were the staff, but winning wasn’t important to either of the two teams as was having fun. “Win is win, but I guess we lost. There's something fun for the game, you know?” said student Ricky Lorenzo.
