Wright's Music choir

On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, Wright held the Choir music event where students and staff came out to support the great Music Choir that we have here at Wright. There were a total of nine performances. Once the performers were set up they started to practice before they began their first song Hang on by GEI.  Though, right before they began to sing their song they introduced themselves to the audience and each said what note they were going to be singing. As they performed this song the crowd in the room began to clap along and sing along with the music choir. Not only does singing make these people feel good but it also speaks a lot of how someone is feeling music can help you out and make you a better person. Alexa Soto said that the performance was simply amazing. The way all the students were being respectful and focused on the performer's voice it meant a lot to her.

A member of the music chord, Adam, said that he really loves performing music for people and he just enjoys seeing the people happy and enjoying some good music while they are performing.

After all the performances, sandwich wraps were given out. As everyone began to wrap up, chatter filled the room, they enjoyed spending time together. The event celebrated the talents of the Music Choir.
